After Hurricane Helene, the men at Professional Roofing Solutions came to my house the very next day after I called for a quote. They immediately mitigated my roof determined that a new roof was needed. They put a tarp on it before leaving my house. They were so professional and kind so my husband and I immediately signed a contract with them to replace my entire roof. I had many questions and when I texted to them, they patiently answered each one. This was the best home renovation experience that we’ve ever had! We do not usually do reviews. However based on the quality service we received, we wanted others to know this is the place to go when you need roof repairs. Professional Roofing Solutions worked with us and had our best interest in mind. Rescheduled due to weather to make us feel comfortable. Found some damage on our roof and went the extra mile to replace the entire piece of plywood which meet our expectations. Completed our roof in a timely manner for us to put up our Christmas lights. We suffered roof damage due to a fallen tree back in August 2024 from Hurricane Helen and Professional Roofing Solutions came to our rescue. From beginning to end they handled my insurance claim with confidence and included us all along the way. Their patience throughout this was paramount as well as their skills and knowledge on the claim process.
