We do not usually do reviews. However based on the quality service we received, we wanted others to know this is the place to go when you need roof repairs. Professional Roofing Solutions worked with us and had our best interest in mind. Rescheduled due to weather to make us feel comfortable. Found some damage on our roof and went the extra mile to replace the entire piece of plywood which meet our expectations. Completed our roof in a timely manner for us to put up our Christmas lights. Professional Roofing Solutions has wonderful customer service and exceeded our high expectations. After Hurricane Helene, the men at Professional Roofing Solutions came to my house the very next day after I called for a quote. They immediately mitigated my roof determined that a new roof was needed. They put a tarp on it before leaving my house. They were so professional and kind so my husband and I immediately signed a contract with them to replace my entire roof. I had many questions and when I texted to them, they patiently answered each one. This was the best home renovation experience that we’ve ever had! I discovered a problem on a Thursday afternoon and called professional roofing solutions ,they was at my house within a hour, they knew I was upset and eased my mind . . they inspected the roof in the rain , after inspection they told us we needed a new ridgecap for ventilation. These folks are fantastic!! We had a leak in our roof that another roofing company couldn't fix with their first fix, and we received a big quote to start tearing off part of the house to get to it. Mr. Sapp and Professional Roofing Solutions came out, and immediately discovered that the leak was NOT coming from the place we were told, but rather from the very top of the house. Took him about 5 minutes to figure this out after seeing standing water under the singles about three feet in from the end of the roof. Paid HALF of what I was getting ready to pay to the other folks, and this fix came with a 5 year guarantee that if that same leak comes back at all, the next fix to repair it is FREE!!! I can't say enough about how quick they got back to me, how they let me know if they were going to be delayed at all, and, ultimately, how quickly and professionally they got the job done! Never did I have a moment's issue in getting in touch with them. I would recommend them to anyone needing a leak fixed OR a whole new roof. Haven't had a ton of rain yet to test out the fix, but we did have a basic storm last night and not a drop appeared so far!! Very great company, and solid, dependable people!! ~ Brent W

We had some storms come through and damage a few shingles. PRS came out very quickly to inspect and repair everything. They even went above and beyond and helped my wife put up Christmas lights while they were on the roof. I can’t recommend them enough. This company brought a big experienced crew to to the job and completed a total reroofing and rotten plywood repair in one day. They also cleaned up their trash along with using magnets to pick up old nails.I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing job. ~ Robert S
